Starting a business can be both challenging and rewarding. Most startups lack the proper skills, experience, tools and guidance to succeed.

Our objective is to work with startups in an advisory capacity, guiding them through the various phases of development, from idea conceptualization to successful execution.

Our team of industry/subject matter experts, have years of experience starting businesses and investing in successful startups. Advice we provide, is based on our years working on various challenges faced by startups.

We have structured our service into three stages:

1. Discovery

In this phase, we seek to understand your business and the challenges your business is faced with. This is also an opportunity to assess and determine the most suitable advisor for your business and if we are best suited for the service you need.

2. Initial Advisory

Once we match you with an advisor, he/she will work with you to resolve your immediate business challenges. You will have access to this advisor for three months, during which time, together you will structure a work/execution plan covering aspects of the business you need advise on. In order to make your meetings fruitful, you will be required to provide updates on the progress of agreed executable actions. Meeting times and structure will be agreed upon between you and your advisor.

3. Formal Engagement

We realize after three months most startups will have no need for our advisory services. At this point, our engagement ends. There will be a few businesses who need further advisory services from us. While the 1st two stages are at no cost to you, where a formal engagement is required, it will come at a small cost. This cost can be paid through cash or a small equity allocation depending on whats mutually acceptable.

Development of pitch materials



We will work with you in developing your elevator pitch. To attract interest in your startup, it is important to have a strong elevator pitch. A 30 second pitch that captures the essence of your startup.


We will also work with you in developing your pitch materials​ to aide with the presentation of your startup to external parties.

Business plan creation, review and/or enhancement



Every successful startup should have a plan. A road map capturing the key opportunities of the business.


We will work with you to enhance or develop a business plan that is clear, concise and executable​

Network connections



Over the years, we have built a strong and deep network. If selected, your startup benefits from the depth of our network from day one! ​


Our strong network provides access to professionals, services and a variety of needs every startup requires to succeed.

Fundraising



The best way to show we believe in your success is by backing our advise with investment. Where welcomed, we will make seed investment in selected startups.


Should a larger investment be required, we will work with you to achieve that target.

Interim Management Service



There is always a transition as startups move from one stage to the next. Having the right team in place, at the right time is crucial to taking advantage of the opportunities that come with growth.


We will provide you with subject matter experts or experienced professionals to help management achieve their objective, each step of their growth journey.

Advisory Board Development



We work with selected startups to develop an advisory board, composed of seasoned professionals with varied experience.


Their sole objective is to provide management their wealth of knowledge.​
